Agreement and Submit

By applying tothe Roadmap 1 Program, I agree:

  • To arrive on campus by Sunday, August 20 ready to begin the program by 3 p.m.;
  • To fully participate in all the pre-orientation sessions, classes and social activities of the Program scheduled from Sunday, August 20 to Wednesday, August 23;
  • To participate in the follow-up sessions that meet throughout the year that coordinate in my schedule.

To "fully participate" means 1) to complete all assignments and activities for the courses and 2) to attend and take part in all the courses and sessions during the pre-semester schedule. The success of the program depends on each program member's commitment to the program.

If a student does not participate fully, the student will be billed $150 to their student Banner account.

If chosen, do you understand and agree fully to participate in all aspects of the program?
Yes No

Other Transition Program Experiences

In addition to Roadmap, the University of Richmond offers several transition program experiences that occur prior to the fall semester beginning, including:

Appalachian Trail Adventure

Multicultural Affairs Pre-Orientation

International Education Orientation
(required for all incoming international students; dual-citizens, Americans living abroad, and international students who have attended school in the U.S. may request an exemption to International Orientation in order to participate in Roadmap)

Becuase these programs occur during the same time, students may only participate in one of these opportunities.
